As a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard option offered by us), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your express prior consent and you acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
